Shipping

www.craftexporters.com understands that delivering your items quickly is vital to you, so we make every endeavor to process your order quickly as much soon as possible. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 business days. 

Returns & Replacements

Returns & Replacements are classified into the following categories: The basic principles apply for returns & replacements are regardless of the reasons.

1. If the product that you have received didn't match your expectations, we offer a liberal 15 day return policy. However, after the expiry of the 15^th day period, all purchases will be deal as final and no returns will be entertained or accepted.

2. If the item is currently being delivered and shows as still on the way to the delivery address, it can be considered as “item not received” in the following circumstances:

1. Delivery is delayed and there have not been an updates for over a period of 30 days.

2. Items are held for a long period of time or over 30 days at one location such as shipping company or logistics facility.

 Please do the following step for Returns & Replacements:

• Send us an email at craftexportrs@hotmail.com with all the details of your order AND quote reason/s for return. We will process your case as expeditiously as possible.

• Make sure that the product is in its original packaging and it must be undamaged in any case. In case we receive damaged products www.craftexporters.com won't be able to make any refunds.

• Just pack the product and send it to MnM Craft, D/91 SGM NAGAR FARIDABD-121001, and you are done.

• It may be noted that all return expenses and fees will be borne by the customer only.

There are two ways you can pay for your product:
Online payment 

Before ordering products or using certain parts of website, you must complete an online registration form. During registration, you have to provide us certain personal information, including your name; shipping and billing address (es), phone number, email address, and credit card number. Cash on Delivery

We are not having services for COD Payment. 

Order Confirmation

Cancel / Modify Order

www.craftexporters.com does not warrant or guarantee any descriptions or other related content of the product is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In any circumstances, a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical or human error, including any typographical error or pricing error or any misleading product information, www.craftexporters.com has exclusive rights to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

www.craftexporters.com has every right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order, which has been confirmed and its amount has been charged. In case, your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.craftexporters.com will refund the charged amount to your bank account as soon as reasonably possible.

In any scenario, if you are not satisfied with the purchased item from www.craftexporters.com, you can return or exchange it as per the guidelines of Return and Exchange Policy provided earlier.

By the customer

Customer can cancel or to modify their order for which they have to send us an email at craftexporters@hotmail.com. Under which, customer shall include his/her name, order details, shipping and billing address, and phone number (including area code). If customers have our order confirmation email, all he/her needs to do is forward it to us, since all the information we need will be in that email. Please note that any order can be cancelled or modified only upto if it has not been shipped. 

Address Errors

www.craftexporters.com shall not be responsible if any fee will be charged by the courier company in case of the following discrepancies:

1. The item is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or invalid address is entered by the customer.

2. Sudden changes of customer’s address resulting refusal or non-delivery of an order.

3. An APO, FPO or a PO. Box address has been provided as the shipping address and the shipping company is unable to deliver to it.

4. Incorrect or no contact telephone number is entered by the customer.
